In our Hotel it is possible to personalize your dog's stay, because we have complementary services to the simple daily stay where the your pet has an individual box with all the comfort he needs. We always have in mind the unique needs of each check in, and as such the tastes and needs of our residents are put in first place, so that they can have a comfortable and positively memorable stay.

Exotic Animals Accommodations
Stays specially directed to animals with different specificities, namely hamster, rabbit, guinea pig, reptiles, birds, etc. This service is subject to previous evaluation.
Exotic animals need special conditions and care to enjoy an accommodation with the lowest possible stress factor, thus contributing to a time in which the animal fully enjoys their space. For this we ask that the owners bring their own accommodation and equipment (heating lamps, food supplements, thermometers...) 
In case of need we always have available Veterinarians and or products from our Pet Shop to suppress or complement any need that your pet may have.
In the area reserved for exotics, the animals are not released and remain in their cages. The food must be brought from home properly conditioned, or if you wish we have at your disposal (with a previous request to the check in day) food for your Exotic pet.

General Admission Conditions

Daycare
This service was created for dogs that are not very sociable with other dogs but that can still spend the day with us.
During the day there will be an enrichment routine in which the dog will be walked through our forest, pass through the park with solarium and will interact with our handlers in order to have an active day.
